Be First provide statutory planning services on behalf of Ïã¸ÛÈüÂí»á Council. We are working to provide and industry best planning service to all customers through the publication of an up to date Local Plan supported by a robust evidence base and to provide a decision on all planning applications within statutory timeframes.
